Wilbert Elie, Jr., 78, of Alexandria, Louisiana passed on Monday, July 11, 2022 at Tioga Community Care Center. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, July 18, 2022 at St. James Memorial Catholic Church, 714 Winn Street, Alexandria, LA 71301. Public Viewing & Visitation will begin at 9:00 am and continue until the start of Mass at 10:00 am.
