Kattie Frances Page Williams

Kattie Frances Page Williams was born on August 24, 1939, in Pineville, Louisiana, to Joseph N. Page and Sylvia Harper Page. She was the youngest of three children.

Kattie attended public and parochial schools in Rapides Parish. She graduated from St. James High School in Alexandria, Louisiana, in 1957. She also attended Grambling State University and Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Kattie was employed by the Rapides Parish Police Jury as an accounting clerk, responsible for payroll and invoice payments. She retired in 2004 after 24 years of service.

Kattie married Frank H. Williams in 1965 in Los Angeles, California. One child was born to this union.

Kattie was a faithful member of Newman United Methodist Church in Alexandria, Louisiana, where she served in several leadership positions.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She leaves to cherish her memory one daughter, Toni R. Martin of Cartersville, Georgia; one granddaughter, Mackenzie Grace Martin of Cartersville, Georgia; one sister, Lelia Faye Williams of Rosebud, Texas; one brother, Joseph P. Page of Alexandria, Louisiana; one sister-in-law, Sallie C. Page of Alexandria, Louisiana; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 23, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Newman United Methodist Church, 5700 Oran Avenue, Alexandria, Louisiana 71302. Public viewing and visitation will take place at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.

Final committal rites and interment will follow at Lincoln Memorial Cemetery, 211 Mason Street, Pineville, Louisiana 71360.
