Glenda Burns

Sister Glenda "Faye" Burns was born on June 17, 1957, in Pineville, LA to the late parents of Issac Burns Jr. and Odessie Davis Burns. She confessed Christ at an early age. Sister Glenda was a member of Design for Jesus Outreach Ministry, Elder,until she transitioned under the leadership of Pastor Dorothy Norwood. She enjoyed being with her family and friends.

She entered eternal life on Wednesday, December 23, 2020. She was proceeded in death by her mother Odessie Davis Burns and father Issac Burns Jr., her sister Kathleen Burns, grandparents Alberta Norman Davis and Woodrow Davis Sr; Ella Texada Burns and Issac Burns Sr.

Her memories will always be cherished by her daughter Twyla Burns; (2) sons Johnny Burns and Earl "Jay" Burns; (5) siblings Issac Burns, Alfred James Burns (Yolanda), Gary Burns(Tracey), Pamela Burns and Ramona Burns; 5 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; her best friend Betty Carrie; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
