Fredrick Leo Vaughn, Sr., 66, passed away on Monday, April 12, 2021, at Rapides Regional Medical Center, in Alexandria, Louisiana. A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, April 20, 2021, at Newman United Methodist Church, in Alexandria, Louisiana. Public viewing and visitation will begin at 10:00 am with services beginning at 11:00 am. Immediately following the services he will be taken to Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, in Leesville, Louisiana, for full military honors. Burial will begin promptly at 1:15 pm.
