Eulalia Edwards Carter

Eulalia Edwards Carter, 77, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, September 28, 2026. She was surrounded by her family.

She was born on January 17, 1949, in Alexandria, LA. She was the eldest daughter of the late Albie Edwards, Sr. and Mary D. Edwards. Her brother preceded her in death.

First and foremost, Eulalia faithfully loved and served her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and was unashamed to share her faith. Eulalia was a retired educator. She taught high school English for 31 years.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 55 years, Isaac; three daughters; two sons-in-love, whom she claimed as her own; four grandchildren; one sister; brothers and sisters-in-love; nieces; nephews; a host of extended family and friends.
