The Beautiful Life Of Destiny Arionna Compton On February 7, 2021 at 12:45 am Destiny transitioned to her eternal home. Destiny was born on January 19, 2001 in Pineville La, to her parents Chasity and Wayne Compton Sr. Destiny was a Peabody Alumni class of 2019. She was very active in JROTC, power lifting, yearbook, BETA and while in high school she started a organization YOUNG LADIES STRIVING FOR SUCCESS. Destiny worked as a dispatcher for Rapides Parish Sheriff Department where she loved what she was doing. Destiny was preceded in death by her Grandparents Jennie and Franklin Standfield, brother Anthony Ventress, aunt Mary L. Batiste, cousin Shanetta Compton and her best friend Ashley Morlte. She leaves behind cherish her memories her loving parents Chasity Compton and Wayne Compton, Sr. of Alexandria, LA; maternal grandmother Dianna Bushnell Eunice, LA; brothers Terrance Stewart of Alexandria, LA, Matthew Ventress of Florence, OR, Christopher Ventress of Opelousas, LA and Wayne Compton Jr., of Alexandria, LA. She also leaves behind a host of other relatives and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, February 23, 2021, at Zion Hill Church Family, in Pineville, LA. Public viewing and visitation will begin at 10 am with services beginning at 11 am. Immediately following the services, she will be taken to Garden of Memories Cemetery for final committal rights.
