Cleveland "Bug" Howard Jr. was born March 31, 1968, in Houston, Tx, to the union of Cleveland Howard Sr. & Catherine Madden. He was reared in Los Angeles, CA with his auntie Johnnie May Howard, Cheneyville LA. and Alexandria, La. He was baptized at an early age. He was a member of The Church Without Walls Pastor Ralph West Houston Tx. He was called to eternal rest March 17, 2022 @ Houston Healthcare West surrounded by family. He is preceded in death by brother Minister Michael W. Howard Sr., Uncles Eugene Howard, James Howard, John Howard II., aunties and Maternal grandparents. Cleveland shared a special bond with Crystal Hutchinson for 15 years. Mother Catherine Madden, Father Cleveland Howard Sr. (3) children Dedrick Howard, Taylor Howard & Clinton Pappillion (1) granddaughter Sky James.
