Charlotte Elaine Weaver Marshall, age 55, of Alexandria, Louisiana passed on Friday, July 26, 2024 at her residence. A service celebrating her life and legacy will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2024 at True Vine Missionary Baptist Church, 831 Broadway Avenue, Alexandria, LA 71302. Public viewing and visitation will begin at 12 Noon and continue until 12:50 pm. Service will begin promptly at 1:00 pm.
